Local tax not updated

I thought having Sage handle all tax rate updates would be great, but I'm not enjoying the lack of control. In the past when we received notices of tax rate increases, I entered them myself so I knew they were done correctly.  I installed the new update yesterday, and they didn't include the new tax rate for Bellevue, Ohio that is effective next week.  I also went back and looked at the last update I installed on 5/1, and it's not there either.  Is there someone I can contact at Sage to get this corrected asap? Thanks in advance for your help!

    @dbuzzard,

    This would not be something that you would receive in a payroll update for your Sage 100 system, but it is part of the cloud based payroll calculation service, that is maintained by Sage with the all the tax information, such as rate changes, etc.

    This tax rate increase for Bellevue should be in the new deployment of the payroll tax information that took place on Monday June 25th around 4pm Eastern.  Keep in mind that the new rate would only be effective on payroll checks dated with a July date.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks for the reply, Elliott.  Is there any way to check to see if a rate has been updated?

    , the best way is to put in an entry for an employee using that tax with a July check date, and then run a payroll tax calculation, verify on the reports that it is calculating the right amount.  Then go back and clear that entry.

    Hope that helps
