MAS200 Reports - report not found

Does anyone have advice on how to handle the file not found error, where the rpt file mentioned in the error is located in the C:\ProgramData\Sage Software\Cache\MAS 200\Reports folder?

I did a go live last night and users are seeing this error when trying to update their registers. The file referenced is physically present in the folder. I checked the conversion level in the report and it does state, converted to 7.10. The users are all accessing Sage on an RDS server, with the forms migrated from another RDS server. Do I need to check the datasource and make sure the correct SOTAMAS90 is setup?
