F9 can't read SY_Company.m4t file correctly

We've been using F9 for a very long time, and sometime in the past couple of months it has been "working" in terms of allowing the F9 formulas in excel to work, but when one user (me) tried to do some additional F9 tasks (drill down), it only sees 2 of 7 companies.  I can't nail down the particular time frame because we haven't tried any of those "additional F9 tasks" in a long time.  I suspect the issue arose when we upgraded from 2018 to 2021 earlier this year, but we had to update F9 to point to the new server location and it's worked fine (basic excel functions work) since then.  I've brought in our Sage consultants and Infor tech support.  We've identified that if we remove one particular company record, the file is read properly by Infor.  The problem is:  that one company is the primary company we use with F9!  We've run the rebuild against the file and it finds no errors.  Reviewing in DFDM and comparing to the other companies hasn't shown any obvious problems. 

Info has looked into it (no complaints of their effort), and they are just saying there must be some corruption in that record.

Does anyone have any additional ideas and/or experience working with issues with F9 or with problems in the SY_Company file?

And...  what is stored in Field 78:  EncryptedVals (when are there values in that field vs not)?  The other company records have this file blank, but the offending company record has characters in that field.
