Windows Server 2019 Essential

We have a Sage 100 prospect that would like to use Windows Server 2019 Essential. It is NOT on the Supported Platform Matrix. Is anyone using this? I explained to him that if the server software is not on the Matrix then his install would be unsupported.

Just wondering if anyone tested these waters.

Probably best. If they are not willing to do the minimum requirements, then they may take other shortcuts.

Did your client proceed with this version of Windows and if so is it working?

Unfortunately, since I could not confirm the use of Windows Server 2019 Essentials, they decided to go with a different ERP system.
