Wrong System Date Showing.

Hi All,

One of our users has been having an issue with SAGE displaying the system date incorrectly. Sometimes it will show the previous day's date, sometimes it shows the correct (today's) date, and sometimes it displays a date more than one day in the past. I have not been able to find anything in SAGE City or in the Knowledge Base, and was hoping someone could help as I am not sure where to start. Our system admin did some maintenance on a SAGE file (no idea what) that was getting rather large in hopes that this would fix the problem, but it persists.

Is the user disconnecting from a terminal server (leaving the Sage launcher running) instead of logging off properly?

They said that they log off everyday before leaving.

I've had non-technical users say they log off, when in fact they disconnect... not knowing the difference. Screen sharing with a user, as they show me how they "log off" by clicking the X on the top right of the remote session... completely ignoring the pop-up about "Your remote session will be disconnected"... SMH.

If you check SY_ActivityLog, you should see a Sage login event for the user, if they truly do log off.

I'm looking in our database now. Is "User successfully Authenticated.." equivalent to a log in? If so, I see one for each work day for this user.
