Sage 100 2015 - eBusiness Web Services UDFs not exposing

Hello,

We run Sage 100 2015 with eBusiness Web Services on top to integrate order entry from our website (which runs on WordPress/WooCommerce). Everything is working perfectly passing orders through up until we try to expose UDFs. In the eBusiness Web Services settings on the Sage server I have "AutoExposeUDFs" set to Yes and have also defined the fields in the Additional Fields tab under Sales Order. Still, the UDFs will NOT expose. I have read the documentation from front to back and am following it exactly how it says yet it won't work. I've rebooted the server/restarted services/etc. of course. Am I possible missing something simple?

Any advice?

    We have the same issue but with Sage 100 2016 and a custom C#/.NET website that we are developing.  Many hours of working with Sage support has revealed that UDF exposure failure in the newer versions of Sage 100 is known issue and has been an open bug in Sage engineering for over a year.  We are dead in the water on our this part of our project now as we continue to wait for Engineering to do something with the information we provided and what they already had...
