The Inventory Item Primary Vendor is defined in the CI_Item Data Table.  CI_Item.PrimaryAPDivisionNo$ and CI_Item.PrimaryVendorNo$

I need the Vendor Item Code from the Primary Vendor Code. So I guess I find the primary Vendor No. in CI_Item and use that to find which AliasItemNo to use?

So when I only use CI_Item & IM_ItemVendor tables it shows all 5 VednorAliasItemNo but under the PrimaryVendor 0010000 which is wrong because all 5 have different Vendor No.   I need to show only the primary Vendor Item Code.

When linking to IM_ItemVendor, are you including the Division and VendorNo in the table link (to the CI_Item Primary... fields indicated by StefanouM)?  Linking by just ItemCode will show all vendors.

That did it. Linking the VendorNo in both tables. I normally just link the item code. Does it take longer to run a report when linking multiple fields in a table?

No, it should be faster because of a smaller return set.

Use appropriate links.  More might not be better, if the data doesn't align.

Normally you want to include the full primary key in table links.  For IM_ItemVendor, that means three fields.
