Crystal Custom Reports not able to edit run time parameters

Hi...

When running custom Crystal Reports from the Sage menu or even in Crystal Reports, the run time parameter is not letting you edit the field or add new data to the field. Even the calendar widget for date parameters will not access. Is this something in a windows registry or something? I'm not getting any results on this one...

Is the parameter in the report configured to be Editable?

Thanks David... I wish it were that easy. The parameter is editable. It is just not allowing any kind of entry on the parameter screen on certain workstations. Calendar widget won't open. You cannot even enter the Ok button. It is some kind of internet setting, but the IT person doesn't seem to have any answers.

Appreciate the effort.

Sounds like a corrupted Crystal Reports runtime. We've seen conflicts with 3rd party software that also use the CR runtime. Did you try re-installing the Sage workstation?

Way back in the day there was an issue with an old version of Crystal (CR XI Release 2) and we actually had to go out and get an updated Service Pack from Crystal/SAP. Here is the old KB, but it seems unlikely that any newer version of Crystal would be having this issue. Solution ID: 33067 if you prefer that over the link.
