Business Insights Dashboard - error on drill down


I  have a client that is having issues with the Business Insights Dashboard.  When they try to drill down on an item, for example, on the Balance Sheet Details, - Cash, one user receives "CS Workstation Activation, 1 User Limit exceeded".  The other user times out and receives "Connection failure to host"  Both have rights to the GL.  One is the bookkeeper and the other is the owner.  

 They are Sage 100 Advanced 2021.  Full Disclosure - the owner set the server up himself.  Not that I'm saying he did something incorrectly, but I feel we have some type of permissions issue here.
