Can you add a url to products so the crystal reports will export hyperlinks to our website?

We'd like our quotes to display the product codes hyperlinked to their associated webpage on our website.

Is there a way to do this with sage 100 and crystal reports? Seems like a very basic thing that should be doable.

The Amyuni driver (Microsoft's) used by Paperless Office does not properly translate object links into PDF's.  Full text URL's do work though, so if you put a white text link in the form, printed at the back (so the white text doesn't overwrite the normal text of your form), wide enough to "display" the full url... that should do it.

I didn't try to export and email via paperless office.  However, I was able to create a textbox configured as a hyperlink and it worked fine when manually previewing the sales order and exporting to PDF.  I used the line item comment to store the hyperlink as a test, but the hyperlink can be stored in any field that is accessible to the work file in the Crystal Reports file.  You may want to use a UDF to store the hyperlink.

Format the text object with a hyperlink and use the formula button to reference the hyperlink field.

This technique is exactly what I was referring to as non-functional through Paperless Office.  (I believe we tested this in v2022 too, since we get this kind of question often).  CR object hyperlinks don't make it into the PDF.
