Trying to register 2014 with license manager and after clicking nothing opens at all.

From 2014 sage 100 std the license manager doesn't open.

Hi Barb, it could be the account number that you type in for the Sage Customer Number. This is sometimes your OLD Sage customer numer which is between the v and _ in the Serial Number. Manually key the account number instead of copy and paste if it fails to register. There is a Knowledgebase document that describes this along with the process for registration in 100 support for Sage Intelligence.
