I am trying to create a new report through the reporter. When I give the report a name and choose where it will be in the reports it puts me to the next screen where I should select a template (Landscape, Portrait, Shipping Label.) At this point no matter what I click it does nothing. I can select each of the option, but when I click next, back, cancel, X key, nothing happens. The rest of Sage and my computer work just fine. That window will do nothing though. I don't under stand what is going on. If i copy a report or try to modify a report everything works fine. I don't have a payroll report that I could copy or modify to get the information that I need though. Has anyone else had issues similar to this? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
