Sage Intelligence, upgrading from Sage 100 Advanced to Premium installation or migration process

Good morning.

A few years back when upgrading a client from Sage 100 Advanced to Premium I needed to obtain a special Sage Intelligence installation file to install a version of Report Manager that was made for connecting to SQL rather than the ProvideX environment.

Is that still true?

Are there special steps to set up Sage Intelligence when connecting to Premium? The existing reports will fail when run.

Is there any documentation available or special notes regarding how to set up and or migrate reports when upgrading to a new platform?

My understanding is that you export from the source system, then import into the new system (new repository), and the import converts the data source for you... but I'm not 100% certain on that. I…

The different installation media might have been something from way back when they were installing separately.
