Normally I'm able to hit alt-E-K to eliminate all of the external links and replace with values within a spreadsheet, but no such luck with an Intel report. What steps am I missing?
Thanks

Hi Chris, are you able to use the Excel ribbon to eliminate external links rather than using the shortcut?
If not, is the report you are using, that does not allow alt-E-K, a Sage Intelligence standard report (that is, a copy of a Sage Intelligence standard report)? Have you tried using alt-E-K on a newly created report - not a Standard Sage Intelligence report?
Hi Sandra,
No, I'm not seeing the option to eliminate external links on the ribbon.
Yes, it is a copy of a standard, pre-designed report.
Yes, I've tried on a newly created report.
Is it that the sheet is protected?
Thanks,
Chris
You look here under the Data Ribbon?
Here is a link I found https://www.sumproduct.com/thought/locating-links. The issue is a different one but explanation for using the ribbon is included.
I don't think SI protected the sheets. Not sure about that.
Nope, I missed that. However, it's greyed out.
Thanks Sandra and Doc. I'll check the link out and let you all know..
