I have a client running Sage 100c Advanced v2018.8 with Excel 2013 on a Windows 10 workstation.  They moved their Sage server to a vm in February.  Shortly thereafter, the SI reports started generating "Report Designer not licensed" error.  The metadata repository is correct.  Designer is licensed.  I've unchecked and re-checked the add-ins.

There was a hot fix for Intelligence v2014 with Excel 2013 but I don't see anything more recent.  Permissions all look ok.  I'm guessing maybe a windows update broke it or Excel 2013 just decided it doesn't want to play nice anymore.

Any thoughts on what to try next would be appreciated.
