Use a calculated report as base for multiple reports with additional filters

SOLVED

I have a customer that updates up to 2500 invoices in a day.

I have created a report that pulls all the necessary header and line detail information to produce several pivot reports.

Is there a way to now use this report (so it does not have to be recalculated) to produce 25-30 further filtered reports.

Those 25-30 reports will be individually emailed to management personnel and sales reps in the field.

If this is documented somewhere, please point me to the documentation.

As always, thanks in advance for your assistance.

This sounds like a job for Sage Alerts and Work Flow. If you were a client I would suggest pulling the data into Access each night automatically, reformatting the data as you want all using code within Access and then use Sage Alerts and Work Flow to send out all report.

Kathy - Not sure if I totally understand your question.

You created a Sage Intelligence report that outputs the Invoice Header & Detail data to the Excel template then using that data you created a number of Pivot Tables. So this is one Sage Intelligence report?

Using this report you want to make 20-35 other reports?

What do you mean by "So it doesn't have to be recalculated"?

Create your basic report. Within that report create additional sheets that have your sub-reports.

In the menu bar at the top of Excel is a tab for BI Tools. Select Manage Instructions and set up an instruction set. This is primarily instructions on who and how to send your results.

Then select "Select Instructions". You will see your instruction set that you just set up. From there you can pick the worksheets from your excel spreadsheet that go to that particular person.

There are probably some more detailed instructions somewhere in the help files, but this should get you pointed in the right direction.
