Hard drive crashed and we had to set up my computer again.

That is the Sage Knowledgebase Article Number. When you log into Sage Customer Portal, you can choose Knowledgebase and search the ID number. Here is the link it "probably requires" a user ID and password; most (if not all); do require you to log in to see the documents. You can also call Sage Software Directly, or work with your Reseller of Record (your Sage 100 Consultant).
