We want the default warehouse for specific customer ship-to locations to carry over to sales order line items. I have successfully set it up so that the warehouse is set correctly on the sales order header based on the ship-to location.

However, the warehouse for sales order line items seems to only honor the default warehouse set on the item. The default warehouse for the ship-to location, and the warehouse set on the sales order header, are always ignored.

Is there any way to convince the sales order line item warehouse to honor the sales order header or the default warehouse for the selected ship-to location? Or perhaps there's a way to not set a default warehouse for individual items? It seems like wanting to set the fulfillment warehouse based on the ship-to destination would be a common requirement.
