All - it appears that iShip has disabled the URL that we switched to, so now the link is broken again. While we look for another multi-carrier solution customers will need to temporarily use the websites of the individual shipping services. Sorry about the inconvenience, but hopefully we'll have this fixed soon

I wrote a button script to access a different tracking website to use whenever iShip goes down, if anyone is interested.  Ping me!

How do we update our Paperless Office emails to include the tracking numbers but not link them to iShip? We are getting a ton of emails from customers that the links in our Paperless office invoice emails are not working.

I replied to your post with your script.  It's very similar to mine.

It sounds like you have a customized Invoice form that has the link embedded.  The Crystal Report would need to be updated with the new link.

Do you mean it is in the body of the email?  Those email templates are stored under Paperlyess Office>Setup>Electronic Delivery Message Maintenance.

The merge code is [TrackingNo]. We can't change it to NOT link to iShip anymore. It just fills in all the tracking numbers with the links already in there. We want to include the tracking numbers, but not link to iShip. I don't think this is possible until Sage issues a fix.

Got it, I see they've embedded the url in that merge field.

The other option is to put the link right on the attached PDF with the same URL format as above.  That would be a change the Crystal Report itself. 

The PDFs do not have links in them. I'm referring to the email that Paperless office sends out. Until Sage fixes this to remove the iShip hard-coding, we are stuck and I have to keep replying to customers about the broken URLs.

I believe the suggestion is to remove the links from the email, and replace them with links in the PDF.

Hopefully Sage finds (or builds) a replacement link for routing package tracking clicks to the correct carrier.
