You cannot print out a new ticket until the current invoices are posted. Just because the order is in Shipping Data Entry does not mean you can print a new ticket with the backorder. 

Thank you, I appreciate it and I understand, as it only makes sense... as far as the system goes, there is no backorder until the invoice posts and numbers are finalized for the day.

If I understand correctly - the best thing is to keep doing what we do - nothing can be added to the back of their process besides just going in and printing them.
