The info below does not print from the history or when I reprint an invoice, only prints when I am creating the invoice and print for the first time.
any idea how to add this line and make them appear when I print them in history.
(That info is from AR_InvoiceHIstoryheader .M4T)

Do NOT link from the work table directly to the invoice header table in the report design.
You should be passing UDF's through to the form using work table UDF's. When that is set up, check tab 3 of each work table UDF to ensure the different data sources are properly configured. History printing is a separate business object.
