Automated Inventory Reports

Hello,

I am looking at sending an automated monthly report to a customer with a list of the items they supply us. If possible, I also wanted to provide a breakdown of any work orders, inventory adjustments, etc against each item. Is this report possible to generate?

Do you mean vendors? Customer's don't supply you... you sell to them.

If you can come up with a list of items somehow, you can query IM_ItemTransactionHistory for details of what was processed for those items for a date range of your choosing.

Hi Kevin, Some of our customers supply certain ingredients to us that are proprietary for production.

I did try that, but it I would need to pull the report one by one. I would prefer to pull the information at once with all 7 of their items and then have it emailed to them automatically at the beginning of each month.

Custom report: date range and ItemCode as parameters (with ItemCode set to allow multiples... with defaults saved in the parameter).
