We have a team of quote specialist who put an original quote together, using the best fit items for quoting purposes. However, once it gets turned to an order, subs occasionally have to be made to fulfill the order. We want to keep track of what they actually ordered, in case the subs aren't a true like substitution. Is there a way to keep the original ordered item in history, so we can better see what our customers are looking for in the future?
