Sage 100 2018 - CRM Error

How do I fix this problem?  It happens when saving a change made to a customer contact.

The Sage Integration service is running.  What else can I check.  I searched the knowledgebase but didn't find much info.

Error: "Warning one or more synchronization actions could not be completed because a connection could not be made to the MAS90 & 200 Integration Engine. Please check the configuration of the Integration Engine. The requested sync actions will remain in the queue and will be complete with the next sync request after the Integration engine becomes available" when changing any data in Accounts Receivable, Customer Maintenance.
