Copying UDFS in SO when using COPY FROM via CRM

I have some UDFs in Sales Order Header that are setup to copy when using the Copy From.  This does not work when using SO Entry from CRM.  Is there something I'm missing, or some work around other than doing the orders from within Sage?  (Which is not an option for this client...)

Hi Beth. One thing to make sure in UDF maintenance, under the Data Sources Tab, you have the box checked for the SO_SalesOrder_Bus:CopyFromSalesOrder and tied in for each UDF field for the UDFs you want copied.

I should have noted that it works fine when accessing Sales Order Entry directly from Sage 100.

Is there a way to pass a UDF to CRM?

This UDF is not actually in a CRM file - it's a regular Sales Order Header UDF. It copies in fine from SO Entry in Sage 100, but if someone is creating their new order thru CRM/SO Entry, the UDF doesn't copy from SO Header to SO Header.

The Copy From in Sales Order works different when linked to CRM:

    From Sage100 Help:
"If you enter a Sage CRM customer number and opportunity in the new order or quote, and then copy a Sage CRM sales order or customer quote, only the line information is copied from the source document. Pricing and taxes are recalculated for the current order or quote based on the customer and tax code header information. The customer number and opportunity cannot be changed after the source document is copied.
If you do not enter a Sage CRM customer number and opportunity in the new order or quote, and then copy a Sage CRM sales order or customer quote, all information is copied from the source document. The customer number and opportunity cannot be changed after the source document is copied.
Note: Sage CRM prospect quotes cannot be copied."
