I am using MAS 200 4.10.  When setting up a sales tax code that will tax shipping as well as products I found that MAS doesn't apply sales tax to the total taxable amount.  Instead it calculates tax for products separately from tax for shipping and adds the two together.  That will usually be the same, but with rounding can be off by a penny.

For an example, an order with products totaling $63.00 with shipping of $14.56 is being taxed at 7.25%.  7.25% of $77.56 is $5.6231, which rounds to $5.62.  MAS is giving a sales tax of $5.63.  7.25% of $63.00 is $4.5675, which rounds to $4.57, and 7.25% of $14.56 is $1.0556, which rounds to $1.06.  Adding the two together gives $5.63, which is the total sales tax MAS calculates for the order.

As far as I know this is not the standard way to calculate sales tax.  Is there a way to change this behavior, or am I stuck with it?
