Error while merging GL Accounts

I am trying to merge two accounts together but I get the following errors. Any ideas on possible solutions?

It appears that Sage thinks you have B/M installed - do you?

we do not have B/M installed.

Do you have access to the Knowledgebase? This error and fix is online, and suggests you clean out the SY0CTL file of the B/M instances. You may want to call your reseller, as this can be tricky if you don't know what you're doing.

Please do not post any registers to the General Ledger until this issue is resolved. Worst case scenario is that you may need to restore your company code folder from backup. If you do not have a support plan, please contact your reseller. Editing of the files such as SY0CTL is tricky and can make the situation much worse.
