How to change all AR sales tax codes to the default sales tax code

Question

I would like to change all our AR customers to the default sales tax code. Under AR/Utilities/Global Customer Field Change/Main, there is an option listed to do just that, but it is grayed out. Must I select something else to make it available? 
 We have Sage 100, version 4.50

The system won't let you use the "All" indicator with the last fields in the list because you risk changing too many things you don't likely want to. In this case you'll have to pick a tax code in the from field, and your default in the To field, then Proceed. You'll have to repeat for all of the tax codes you want to change.

That is correct. Only things like security would affect multiple companies. As far as data is concerned, each company is in its own set of files, and you can't affect multiple companies at the same time.
