What would be the purpose of posting a zero dollar finance charge invoice?  

I'm importing new customers and in AR options I have finance charges setup to be $5. When I import, all the finance charges are defaulted to $5; however there are some customers that this rule shouldn't apply so I thought I could import $0 for them. Unless there's another way to pick and choose which customers are subject to finance charges.

How do you have tab two under AR setup options configured?  It is there that you can configure minimum finance charges.

The goal is to exclude certain customers entirely from the finance charge calculation regardless of the balance or min charge to apply settings.

There's a field in AR Customer and I missed it. It's called ServiceChargeRate. I was looking for wording "finance".
