getting in touch with SAGE

Our ticket was closed and stated resolved but it has not been resolved.  We were told there was a software glitch that needed to be fixed. how do we contact SAGE to see how close they are to getting this batch sent out.  This is causing us huge trouble with our state sales tax filing.  is there an email address or a phone number that I can have to talk to someone. 

any help would be appreciated.
