The Customer Sales History by Period >> Dollar Sold does not match our income statement revenue. I tried reverse-engineering the data and it appears that any values that touch the customer A/R account are included in Dollars Sold, regardless of which G/L account they hit. Credit/debit memos, sales orders, etc are all aggregating in this field. Cost of Goods Sold is almost an exact match most of the time.

We are using this report to verify our sales team members are reaching their goals but now I do not have faith in the numbers being reported.

Does anyone have confirmation of what I'm seeing is accurate?
