Hello,

Nobody use below transaction (#A000815 N ).

But Sage100 said 'Record(A000815 N) is in use by another user' as shown below.

I would be grateful if someone let me know.

I would start by kicking everyone out of the program. If that doesn't work, kick everyone out and reboot your server.
