Is there a way to view invoices in Customer Inquiry for the Sold To Customer when National Accounts is Enabled?
Currently, I can only view the invoices in the Bill To Customer.
When someone is inquiring on an Invoice on a Sold To Customer there does not appear to be a quick way to know that the invoices are on the Bill To Customer. The only way I can figure it out is to go to the More button in the upper right hand corner, select Bill To/Sold To then see if there is a Bill To for this specific customer and then note the customer number and enter that Bill To customer number in Customer Inquiry.
When there is a large volume of customers and several customer service people using customer inquiry to assist their customers this is very time consuming, not intuitive and inefficient.
Is there another option available with the setup where you can view invoices on the Sold To or at least be able to access the customer bill to via a hyperlink from customer inquiry on the customer sold to?
