I am hoping there is someone out there with an ability and willingness to help me.

As a Master Developer with have not really had much need to develop things using BOI since we can always modify the code if needed. We have taken the class and we are successfully able to use the BOI, however, I am trying to avoid reinventing the wheel.

I am exploring building a scheduler that will run BOI tasks to facilitate imports of data from 3rd party apps.

In the past we have built this exact tool in ProvideX to import items directly to the database. You just add your "program" set your time parameters, variables, etc and it will execute against the database on your pre scheduled configuration.  It monitors a directory for a file and when it finds the file, it executes an import.

I need to take an XML file that will contain an entire SO Invoice batch and use that file to create the invoices. What I am hoping for is that someone has written something similar that I can use as a basis for mine and save me and my team the time to create one from scratch. 

In exchange for assistance I am willing to do something in return. As a master developer I am sure we can come up with something.
