Receiving this message after updating SAGE software to correct the issue of creating and sending an CVS file and now we cannot upload payments?

Anyone ever seen this error before? Randomly started happening just now when we enter the Sage web, does not happen when switching dashboards or performing other actions. Thanks Zoey
