Usually that is a 'sticky field' and the last location printed to will be the chosen location next time.  However, it does appear as though you are using an outdated version of Timeslips based on the screen capture, so it may differ in whatever version you are utilizing.

Thanks Roger.  Yes sorry, I failed to list the version.  Client is using TS v2016.  I edited my post above.  It does not appear to be a sticky field in that version

The path for that is under Setup, Preferences, Report paths (may have to expand OTHER to see that) and is the Print reports to file field.
