I use What's App. I don't share my general contacts list with it, just add specific people information. Never had a concern. We used it for our group communication when we went to Israel and my bridge group uses it. Many of them use it to communicate with family in India.

Mary McPadden, why What's App?  I mean you 'could' use it, but what is the perceived advantage? Is the VA using the desktop iSlips or the one on a phone?

Seems to me, you could just use a Zoom call.

Well, *there's* a question.  I assumed [ahem] Zoom would mean international calling rates to apply.  The perceived advantage is free international calling.  Thanks for the reply and any further info.

Probably the desktop iSlips as typing is easier.

I think Skype to Skype is still free anywhere in the world, but then you are loading Skype vs What's App.  And What's App's security is better IIRC.

Hmm, that does not actually state that international calling fees won't apply.  It's not totally clear.

Back in those old days, it seems we had someone at conferences who was based in the UK.  I could be wrong though.  No one has stepped up to that plate - yet - unfortunately.
