I worked with my rep and spoke to the wonderful Roger. but never able to get through to chat. Roger is researching the issue there. thanks for reaching out.

I had a client with the same issue and I was told that it was a known issue in TS2019 and TS2020.

Terryr, can you expand a bit on what exactly is the "known issue?" Is it moving more than one client at a time? Moving large numbers of records? Moving from Open or Inactive to Closed?

Moving a list of timekeepers to "inactive" was what my client had an issue with.  Not sure about moving clients.

Did anyone ever find an answer on how to fix this?  I have been locked in a loop of changing 3 task classifications for the last 48 hours, and need to cancel this.
