Bills with Outstanding Balances

We just noticed that since July 2020, a few of the clients that have outstanding balances with us are not receiving their statements. The system isn't even generating the bills with the rest of the billing. I have viewed the client setups and see no reason why the bills wouldn't be generating and sending. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help on how it can be fixed? We are currently running Timeslips 2019.
