Statements by email

SOLVED

I'm using Timeslips Premium, build 29.0.0.42.  I prepare a statement, finalize it, then email it to client.  If there is no activity during the month and I want to send him a statement the next month, will I be able to?  I tried a few months ago on the previous build and I was unable to create a new statement since he didn't make a payment and there was no new invoices.  Since there is no way to undo a finalized statement (is there?) I don't want to test it.

Unfortunately I have several clients that don't pay monthly even though I send them monthly statements.

Thanks for your time.

I am unable to email a statement unless it was finalized.  Is there any other way around this?  Do you have any other suggestions to email accounts due for collections?

How many do you need to send? You would need to just print to PDF - separate files, then not approve, then individually create an email and attach the PDFs.

If you have a lot of them, that's going to be a PITA. If just a few, then not ideal, but not so bad.

Hi Nancy, (It's Shannon from Hawaii!),

I would prefer to run the email through Timeslips so I can insert the LawPay link for them to pay electronically.  For now, I have tweaked my reprint bill template.  I was hoping to be able to email statements with the LawPay link in one run (about 25/month).

But I can work with this.  I thought I was missing some crucial element in the Statements.

    Thanks everyone!!!!!!!
