Compatibility Combine TS 2019 & 2010

SOLVED

I have TS2019, my paralegal has 2010.  Two questions:

1. When I combine his slips into 2019 some code shows up at the beginning ({\cf0\b0\i0\ul0\strike0) and at the end (usually \par \par } or  just }) of each slip. Is there any way to set my version so these codes do not appear OR is there a way to mass remove them so I do not have to do so for each slip?

2. My paralegal charges me one rate, and I sometimes charge the client a higher rate. Is there a way to set rates so the client rate automatically resets so I do not have to change each slip?

Thanks.

The codes you are seeing are Rich Text Formatting (RTF) codes that are generated by the Windows version your paralegal is using.  This is a function of changes made in Timeslips since 2010 wasn't tested on Windows 10 due to it's age.

There is no mass delete, no.  You could try to highlight the slip description and right-click, Remove Formatting although I don't have a lot of hope that will work since the program thinks that is valid data that's been entered by hand.

Solution?  Both of you will have to be on the same version.
