I just ran my data verification report and I have 46 time entries with this error.

You should contact a certified consultant who can remote in and remove those slips.   I am available as are many others who post on this site.  My email is [email protected].  I hope this helps.

If you want to get rid of them and they are all in a range or easily identifiable  you can try To purge them based on slip Id. Of corse make a backup first. 

This indicates you have a damaged slip table, and it will require repair.  Purging and deleting will not likely be successful until the damage is repaired. Timeslips can repair the damage and upgrade you to a supported version, or a consultant can assist with repair on an obsolete version.

I would encourage you to upgrade, as this type of error does not occur any longer with the newer database structure in current versions of Timeslips - in addition to the myriad of improvements and new useful features in the software.
