Timeslips and Outlook 2019

Client has a new computer with Office 2019 preinstalled by Dell.  Send bills by email is properly set up and Outlook SAYS the bills are being sent but nothing is happening - no emails created, no copies of emails in sent items folder.

Support says problem is the Office installation is Click to Run but I have searched the internet and it appears that Office 2019 is ONLY available as Click to Run.

Has anyone else run into this?

    I had same issue with Connection with office 2016 recently. It turned out that the installed version was 64 bit. Uninstalled reinstalled 32 bit and it worked. If that does not fix it I have a list of other things to try will be back in the office on Tuesday I believe

    Thanks Caren.  I already confirmed that installation was 32 bit Outlook.  Based on what I have read on-line ALL installations of Microsoft Office 2019 are click to run, which it appears that Timeslips does not support.  I am happy to try anything else you can suggest but my concern is that a solution that worked for 2016 will not work for 2019.  We can continue conversation hear or you can hit me up on email.
