Timeslips 2020 Question

We just upgraded to 2020 this week. I've noticed when entering a slip and in the client field if I entered an incorrect client number there is a delay in trying to change it. For instance I type in 84-1304 but then realize I should had type 84-1305. I would press delete and then usually I can change to right number right away. But now nothing will happen for about 10 seconds. I wondering if anyone else is having this issue or is it just a quirk.

    Hi Lori,

    Try adjusting the keyboard timeout delay to try and improve the response.

    Go to Setup, Preferences... and choose the second item titled 'Navigation Rules'.  The last item on that page is Type Search and you should be able to reduce the time to as low as 1 second.  My suspicion is that is currently set at 10 seconds.
