I can help you with the Installation media, however I cannot help with your codes. Codes are individual to each install. If you have access to the customer portal you might be able to get it there, or if you bought through a consultant originally the consultant might have access.

Hey Cindy Morris Williams, as @Caren2 has said, you need your own Product Key to reinstall. We can only provide the installation media/download.  But also, just to be clear, please understand that your data is still viable and can be used with any version of Timeslips 2011 or higher. Think of it more like having a license for Word, and some documents created in Word. If you lose Word, you don't necessarily lose the documents, and another same or older copy of Word can open them.  Can you recover ANYTHING from the crashed computer? Any backups? Often we can find what we need in a backup, so worth a shot. 

Happy to help, but please understand that Sage as a corporation is not likely to assist you, as your version is unsupported.  Certified Consultants don't care whether Sage supports that version. We support anyone we can.
