I have made a deposit into a client trust account, but it does not transfer to the invoice.
Two things:
1) Is it set up on that client to Automatically Pay New charges?
2) Are you trying to pay NEW charges or an old A/R balance? The autopay only works for new charges. If the client owes a previous balance, you will need to make a manual Payment from Account to cover the previous balane.
