Totals field on bottom of individual slip listing has disappeared

Heyo! Individual slip listings..... a few days ago the section at the bottom of an individual client's slip list that gives the total hours and total amount for all of the slips entered for that particular client, disappeared. I have been through every menu, drop down, box, you name it to try to get it back. I can't find anything that makes that section optional. I would think it would be a default in the program to see the total balance of a slip account. As it is, I have to go back and manually add up all of the line items for an individual to know the total of their slips. Time consuming and frustrating. Does anyone have any advice?

    If you are on the newer versions of Timeslips you can go to slips list and click on the little icon at the very bottom of the list (looks like two gray lines with an arrow on top). Then click on Hide and Show Areas and check Show Totals.

    If that doesn't work or you are running an older version of Timeslips that doesn't have that option then try going to setup > Preferences > interface or Appearance (depending on version). Depending on what version you are running you want to restore the default settings. If you are on an older version, you just restore all. If you are on new version you have an option to choose what to restore by clicking on Advanced . You should click on Slip List and Entry. 

    When posting a question please ALWAYS provide the version you are running. It helps us help you.

    I can't tell from your post where you are looking at this.  Please provide the version of Timeslips you are using, and the steps you are taking to get to what you call an individual client's slip list. I.e., take us with you so we can understand where you are in the program.

    Is this a report, a bill, or something you are looking at on the screen?

    Thank you! Problem was resolved by resetting the default settings. I appreciate you! I actually think I garnered the solution from a previous suggestion you made. :)
