I am trying to add a client to Timeslips that was an inactive client in Quickbooks. Previously, I could make the client active in QB and then add them from Unassigned QB customers to TS by adding them in the linked TS Clients and QB customers portal. The client name will show up in the unassigned QB column, but it will not add it. I have tried to ignore it and have it drop down into the Ignoriged QB customers box and then clearing the ignore to have it move back to the Uassigned QB Customer column and it still doesn't add it to TS. I have also logged out and signed back in to TS. Do you have any idea what has happened? I used to be able to add clients this way without manually entering all the information into TS.
