eCenter Data Transfer service is down - RESOLVED

UPDATE: 9/30/2020 - 11:55am - The transfer service outage is now resolved.  eCenter is fully operational at this time.  Sage understands the inconvenience and thanks you for your patience.


The ability to transfer data between Timeslips and eCenter is currently not functioning.  Users will receive a "Connect Timed Out" message when attempting to transfer data. The ability to enter time is still functional and it will not affect the entry of new data.

This issue is due to a failed server update and is being worked by our IT services team with an urgent priority.
