One enhancement I am hoping you will have in your next upgrade is the ability to close the books with a password.  I can currently close the books as of a specific date.  However, any user who wants to add a slip with a prior date and does so is prompted and asked to discuss with the manager but they can just click okay and the slip will be saved.

    Thank you

Just going to offer you a workaround for that since you currently have what you have until that feature is introduced.

If you note the Slip Number on the day you close the period, then you can build yourself a simple little report that selects slips numbered HIGHER than that number and dated prior to your closing date.  You can then save that report separately and then just run it periodically (you could even make it part of a Timeslips Today template so it runs every time you open Timeslips.)

Would give you a quick check to see if anyone entered anything, and allow you to address it quickly with that timekeeper to hopefully nip that behavior in the bud.

    Just a thought.
